When I received the text that our tech was on his way I was excited to see that Conner. I read many reviews online before I choose One Hour H&A and there were so many great ones and many were for Conner. He arrived and was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. Explained the issue and what our options were then poof issue resolved. Very pleased with his friendliness and quick resolution! We will definitely be using One Hour again for our AC needs.
