The technician Juan was very professional and asked about the air conditioning issues we were having. He listened carefully to what input I offered on the problem. He immediately acted to solve the problem(s) of no air in master bedroom and air conditioning not cooling to the set temperature in other areas of the house. It was obvious when talking with him that he has superior knowledge of his craft both practically and technically. Juan clearly explained in depth the reasons for what he did and gave some very good tips. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience. As a result, I would recommend 1 Hour Air to anyone looking for the best service in the Metroplex. And Juan is an exemplary addition to their team.

I have used One Hour Heating and Air for 10 years now. They first serviced an old unit at a home I purchased. When it became necessary, I had them install a new system and got a very fair deal. The installation team was as good as the service techs had been. I have done biannual maintenance service ever since and know they are keeping my system in good working condition.
