I called and they came 3 hrs later. Same day!!! He worked fast and hard. Found problem. Showed me a video of the inside of my AC unit. Fixed it. Only service charge of $89 because I had their warranty ($120/yr cost).

Technician came out to a no heat in Frisco Tx . Upon inspection technician found flame sensor to be the issue, after cleaning off and re testing, heater came on . Technician asked when was the last time there was a maintenance done. 5 years ago. Technician sign them up for a maintenance program.
