Came out for 3 system heat maintenance on Amana furnaces in Plano.

Came out for no cool on 2 Amana units in Plano. Replaced old capacitors. Systems are back to cooling properly.

Came out for AC tuneup on Amana units in Plano.

Performed cooling maintenance on both systems in Plano tx near McDermott cleaned outdoor unit tested drains and checked filters no immediate issues at this time

Came out for AC tuneup on 2 Amana units in Plano and left IAQ estimates to remove dust from systems.

Performed cooling maintenance on both systems cleared drains and washed outdoor units advised customer of parts that could fail and gave solutions to get it taken care of

Came out for noise complaint in Allen. System is running smoothly.

Upon arrival found ac not working for upstairs found outdoor unit extremely dirty and capacitor dead cleaned unit and got it back up and running

Finished up replace UV bulb in Plano

Finished up AC tune up for 2 systems in Plano.

Performed cooling maintenance on three systems and replaced all three filters for the customer gave solutions to prevent breakdown and also sprayed pan liner on the emergency drain pans to prevent them from rusting out if the drains back up
