Was the coldest day ever in Texas and my heater went out. Tim came over and was the nicest person and explained how my furnace worked and fixed the problem. He was professional and amazing. Very impressed. He also told me about a great maintenance program too for my AC and furnace.

Tim was awesome! Came out within about an hour and a half of my initial call, got everything up and running in an hour – all after hours on a Saturday! He was able to accurately diagnose the problem on the first try and didn’t try to push extra stuff I don’t need. I really appreciate the professionalism and the sense of urgency.
