Today was the second time we used Rockwall One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. We had such a great experience the first time we didn’t think of calling anyone else. Paul came out to look at our a/c after hours. We called One Hour Air originally because they were listed as the warranty contact for our air conditioner unit. I was able to speak to a real person within seconds of calling, even in July! They had an appointment window booked within a few hours, found our warranty information, and provided text updates throughout the process. The technician was friendly, fast and got the job done. We also signed up for 6-month tuneups because 1.They’re reasonably priced 2.The tech was not pushy at all in his pitch 3.We so appreciated the level of service. Thank you, One Hour Air.
