Juan was great at taking the time to communicate through his entire repair process. Detailing everything he was doing to troubleshoot before making his final assessment. Although the estimate was higher than expected, I had to take into account of his timing. From quick arrival to working in the dark to almost 10PM, in the heat.

Didnt feel like he tried to “sell” me on anything and walked me through the best option to make my unit last as long as possible before replacement is needed. As an added bonus the air is blowing colder than ever.
