After calling about 10 different companies on a Saturday evening, we were able to get in touch with Conner to help with our AC issue. Our AC was not functioning properly, and our house was 90 degrees indoors so we needed help quickly, and Conner was our answer. Not only did he arrive at the very beginning of his expected time window, but he was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained the entire process to us, and the service ended up costing less than expected. His entire visit took less than an hour! An unexpected bonus is that Conner wore shoe covers each time he entered our home. He would remove them when he stepped out. Rarely have I had people working at my house even offer to do that. We would rate Conner and the company 10/10 and would happily use their services again. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone else in need of AC/heating services.
