Performed cooling maintenance on system recommended ceiling saver and Iaq products

Performed heating check up on system polished flame sensor there are no immediate issues with the heat have solutions for better indoor airquality

Came out for a heating safety check on unit in Royse City.

Performed heating maintenance on system and Cleaned outdoor unit the contactor outside is pitted but we will replace in the spring

Upon arrival found drain line to be main issue cleared drain line and customer join’s maintenance program no further issue at this time

Upon arrival found drain line clogged cleared line and signed customer up for maintenance agreement we will return to inspect heater in the fall

Upon arrival found fan motor failed was able to get motor and make repair same night no further issues at this time

Upon arrival found blower motor failed and capacitor weak outside got customer taken care of tonight and we will be returning for routine maintenance here in Royce city

Replaced fan motor outside under warranty we will return d for routine maintenance at no extra charge

Air handler had clog in primary drain line. Flushed drains out with co2. Drains are now flowing perfectly.

Upon arrival found blower motor failed it was a variable speed motor was able to get part replaced same night

Upon arrival inspected system for customer after having issues when alarm company came out to replace tstat customer is now cooling

Upon arrival found drain line backed up checked over entire system and gave multiple solutions cleared drain and installed compressor saver
